User friendly platform that also integrates seamlessly

Being able not only see our customer data but being actually be present in those chats helps build trust even more so between ourselves as business owners/managers of this product & The Team behind it! It seems like they're working hard within all platforms available (Facebook Messenger bot etc.)to try an add value for us clients by integrating into different industries such as Healthcare Marketing Automation tools too :) I would love if you have many other channels from Social Media Platforms integrated too epecially Facebook Live Chat - because i find its one channel which brings me most returns over traditional SMS or email messages we've already used extensively across multiple campaigns- The user interface is very easy to understand and navigate. It's easy to set up campaigns and track results. They have an excellent customer service team as well! Not much to dislike so far. The only thing I didn't like was how long it takes for some of Interconverses features to work when using them in conjunction with other software (e.g., Google Analytics). We use Interconverse to send out emails (automatically) to our subscribers. It has been great because we can schedule when they go out.
