I was in the field looking for a new data cable after the cable I used to connect my laptop to the Targus dock failed. The cable arrived on time, but I didn't connect it immediately as the native cable seemed to be holding up well. I turned on my computer this morning and lost connection to my other two monitors. Wrong day for it. I switched cables and suddenly panicked. The cable provided power to the keyboard connection to the laptop, but I still didn't see the two monitors.
