I have been using this type of case successfully for many years. You have the peace of mind knowing your phone is secure in the case, and if it falls, there's an extra layer of protection from the thick, tarpaulin-like material. The velcro is large and holds tight. The material is actually a bit thicker and nicer than my previous one. The inner material is soft enough, you don't have to worry about putting your phone inside. Fits great! The extra space is enough for the Note10+ to slide in easily, but not too much space. Then there is a problem that ruins everything. This is the first holster of this type in my experience that doesn't use a metal clip on the back of the holster. Instead, this time they used a plastic clip. I think that was an unfortunate move as plastic eventually breaks down as it doesn't have the strength or durability of metal. What might save two cents in production? IMHO ruins what would otherwise be the perfect holster for me. I buy this type so I never have to worry about the big dollar investment hitting the floor on my hip. Unfortunately, this change in the clip made everything good about this holster for me. In summary, this holster is like buying a new extended double cab truck from the dealer, but with subcompact brakes instead of the larger heavy-duty brakes. I expect. It may work well for a while, but sooner or later, and you never know when, you'll end up paying a high price for this poor quality part. Just an analogy. I was actually going to recommend this, but in hindsight I just can't and just because of that plastic clip.
