This product is terrible ☹

This product is terrible! You may get a reading after more than 20 attempts. Whether ear temperature or forehead temperature, after a few attempts there is no reading. When he decides to testify, he's not accurate at all. One ear 97.4, other ear 99.0, forehead 98.0. This is ridiculous and a waste of money! Gave him a few chances and now there's no time to come back. I'm a key employee in the police force and I need reliable evidence every day. I am so disappointed in this product and Amazon should be ashamed to carry it!
