Overall this is a decent chair for the price. Relatively comfortable and looks very nice in most environments. When it arrived the chair had a few minor scratches but the biggest problem was that the pre-drilled holes for the chair didn't line up. I read that this is a common problem. My suggestion to anyone who might encounter this problem is to loosen the screws from the first step, this makes it easier to maneuver the handle and screw it in. We still had to work harder than is usually necessary, but together we can do it.
