Good for an area you never want to fully open
It took me a few minutes to figure out how to install it, but once I did it was easy. The product looks good, works well, my only complaint is that it only half rises. I was looking for something that I could open fully during the day if I wanted to (we love spotting the deer behind our house) but it's not. It only lifted halfway due to the chain attachment and I couldn't figure out how to get it to work. I ended up replacing it with a curtain that I could just tie up during the day. However, I use them somewhere on another window, maybe in the bathroom :)
