The best is better. The safest, easiest to clean and simplest baking and frying pan.

Before purchasing this grill/lasagna pan, I only owned Le Creuset and All Clad cookware. Both brands are good, but only for specific purposes. I was missing something simple, super quick and easy to clean, non-stick, extremely safe, lightweight, easy to heat up and bake and fry very well. I have searched and used disposable aluminum pans for many years which are not only bad for the environment but also leach aluminum into food. Health is the most important thing for me. I was very happy to find this product. It wasn't just the reviews that were great. But once I got it, looked at it, and started using it, it filled all of those needs and more. Cut the potatoes into thin slices and brush with a little oil. Pop them in the oven and they get crispy and look great with a little butter. Cleaning is quick, just a little soapy water. In the same way I fry vegetables and even bacon. You can see that this isn't a typical non-stick coating that will wear away or scratch over time. So I'm happy to announce that I've ordered a second pot today. I'll look into their frying pans too. As is usual with many high quality Italian, German, French etc. products, they are designed to work and you must follow the care and feeding instructions carefully. Here's the synopsis: 1) Never wash in the dishwasher; you don't need it anyway. It clears up quickly. 2) Do not put it in the oven above 420 degrees Fahrenheit. 3) Do not use metal utensils to take anything out of it. Plastic or wood only.4) Clean only with a sponge and soapy water. No cleaning wipes. Again, it cleans very easily - almost like magic, so it's not necessary. I really like this pan and I have to say that given all the unique benefits, this technology could even replace the All Clad. To be honest it's better than the best.
