Fully charged upon receipt. It pulls on my hair when I use it and it hurts so much! Something wrong. I assume it's the engine. You can hear it spinning at a good speed when you first turn it on, but then you can hear it downshifting like it's losing power. Maybe that's why he's pulling my hair? To return!
