Growing up my mom used to wear one of these while working out and I would see the crazy amount of sweat she would produce after a workout. I recently got into running as a method of weight loss and grabbed one of these to help with the sweating (as I didn’t feel like I really worked out unless I was drenched in sweat and out of breath), and back support since I have a bad back from a previous car accident. This product did not disappoint! I can feel my core engaged when running, it helps support my back from collapsing and helps minimize my back pain, and it’s great for runs on cold days since it keeps me very warm. Additionally, as I’m losing weight I’m currently between pant sizes so this really helps keep my pants from slipping during a workout.The one thing I hate about this product which is keeping me from giving it 5 stars is the dye transfer. This is my 3 white sports bra that got stained by the waist trainer (see picture). I usually use this directly against my stomach but going forward I’ll probably have to place it over t-shirt or under shirt to keep from another good sports bra getting stained.
