Review on eComGuardian by Jarod Berthelson

EComGuardian allows us to understand who are our most valuable customers and what their needs are which is an invaluable piece of information when it comes to making future marketing decisions or customer service engagements. I would like to be able to have more detailed information on the different levels of engagement with our customers. The product and support offered by this platform are great but we can always do better for our customer base. We provide a variety of services and products to customers in a multitude of industries which makes it difficult for us to know at one point just how much activity we are having from certain groups and segments within our customer bases. However, using ecomguardian our data analysts have been able to see and identify key groupings that could be using some targeted assistance. I like that you can see all aspects of your website and be alerted if there are any problems or issues at anytime. It has been easy for me to use since it provides everything in one place. Not much but what you need as far as software goes. Nothing really. If you want an affordable service then this would work well for you. We have had no issues so far. The price seems fair considering how many other services charge way more than we pay.
