The customer service team are fantastic - they're very quick at responding when issues arise with our website or plugins! I also love that we can manage all aspects (caching) ourselves without having an expensive dedicated server from them managing it as well :) We've only had support tickets once in three months but have always received replies within 24 hours which makes life so much easier! There's nothing really i dislike about pageley other than how long its taken us since launch day until there was something available that would help improve performance even further!! But this hasn't happened yet either :( So keep up your backups because you don;t want to lose anything!! If any problems should occur then contact support straight away otherwise sometimes things do take longer before being acknowledged by anyone else internally :/.
