The brushes are beautiful, comfortable and heavy, they feel good in the hand. I haven't used them for makeup, so I can't explain. They are perfect in design and you will receive the sticks that are pictured. Not all are the main characters. I received two identical sticks and could not contact the seller. I contacted Revain and they sent me a new set of brushes. So stays at 4 almost 5 stars. Revain 5 star customer service. The seller is not a star but thanks for a decent product.
