Obviously there were some issues in the making of this filter. I've used it in the past and it worked great, but it doesn't work on my last purchase. The water had a strong plastic taste even after a big flush. I called iSprings and they have really great customer service and sent a replacement quickly and easily. However, when replacing it, the exact same problem arose. Now I have two useless filters and I've run out over $100 because they're outside the return window.
