Unreliable accessories

The cable stopped charging for no apparent reason. I had to turn it off and on a few times before it worked again. They're difficult to connect to an Arlo camera, and the design doesn't allow you to place the camera on a flat surface unless you have something underneath the camera to attach the power cord. Very disappointed, especially the price.
