I have two grandsons, 5 and 8 years. They LOVE these. The youngest plays for hours and hours. the first day he made over 60 different building and articles. So impressive. Lot of laughing and building and designing. so worth the money. I purchased more pieces and they just keep playing and playing. What more can you ask for in a toy? No batteries. Nothing to plug in. just really awesome magnets in heavy plastic pieces. You'll need at least the 100 piece set. I've purchased 2 of those and a couple of supplemental 60 piece set and the 4 piece train part as I was confident of their popularity in the toy bin.
