The customer service is excellent! They always respond very quickly with any questions I have related either directly or indirectly (for example - "How do we go about implementing something?"). Their team are experts at what they sell/do; their passion really shines through when talking them up too others as well for support within our own organisation which was great feedback that helped us make decisions moving forward. There isn't anything specific against this product but rather everything has been fantastic so far!! We're solving problems around data analysis using R &amp GEE by creating insights into various datasets from multiple locations across Australia via satellite imagery / remote sensing technology The ability to create groups and assign them tasks is very useful. It is also great that you can see who has worked on an issue and when they did so. I dislike how it does not have a mobile app, but it's still a great tool for collaboration. Definitely try it out. We are using it to organize our weekly meetings and projects. It helps us keep track of everything we need to do.
