This digital hour meter was used to count the hours on my Champion alternator which did not come with a gauge. tools in 13 minutes. I honestly expected installation to be a pain! After 19 minutes, 13 minutes to install and 6 minutes to test, this product works just as well, if not better. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone with at least minimal skills. Now I can do the maintenance properly instead of guessing when the next oil change or tuning is due.
