The platform has been working well since we started using it, so far no issues at all! It's easy to use for customer service purposes as you can easily see who called your number through chat or email/text messages etc.

Even though I'm not sure how much of this will transfer across other platforms (especially if they're more traditional bank accounts), but their services are good enough that I don't think there would be too many problems transferring my business from them once again. Having our own cash flow management tool rather than having someone else manage it was one thing which motivated us to switch companies and look into these new solutions offered by barzahnen.
