OK. I know it's expensive. I got mine from the Revain store - I was incredibly lucky and it was literally *perfect* and cost around 180 (still expensive). So. if you get over it. For me it's GREAT because I have 3 whippets and only play late at night (around 1-2am). I used to keep the volume down (it stinks) or wear headphones, but after a while I got uncomfortable with them. I had headphones that I plugged into the controller and that was fine, but I still wanted to hear the "real world" if my dogs needed to go outside or something. Let me tell you, to me, THIS IS GREAT. After about 5 minutes you *think* you're wearing headphones, it's so weird how they fool my ears! it *sounds* like surround sound, it *sounds* like you're turning the volume up, but at about 10 feet away you can actually barely hear them! They work great, the *only* thing I'm missing is the "rumble", honestly I don't feel it too much - I actually turned it off (you can control the intensity too) to save battery life. Speaking of life, I've only run out once - (it beeps when it gets low) but I can live 4 or 5 days with 2-3 hours of life without a charge. They charge by either placing them on the included pad or plugging them into a micro USB port (e.g. a controller). great great great.
