The first I saw these, I immediately bought them for my dad. My brother saw my dad wearing them and he wanted one also. I then bought another pair for my brother and when it arrived it seemed to be fine until the Velcro broke the next day. It really saddens me and upsets me that I got a faulty product. The first one I got is still intact and fine. The other pair I bought didn't even last that long.***Update***Reached out to them about a few days ago and they delivered a new pair no charge at all. I appreciate it and no problem with the mittens at all now. Received them with no problem at all.
