When my old printer died, I decided to take a chance and buy a new one. I found this printer and considering the reviews and the price, decided to give it a try. While the printer isn't the quietest or fastest in the world, it does its job well. Color printing was flawless, as was normal text printing. My documents look like they were printed on a laser printer. It didn't print very well on glossy paper, but it's not a photo printer, so I didn't expect it to miraculously print photos. What I particularly like is the price of the cartridges: incredibly cheap! If I had known I could get such a great printer for such a good price and with such cheap cartridges, I would have bought it a long time ago! The printer comes with two cartridges (one black and one color), which in itself saves money, but there's no cable to connect it to a computer. So keep that in mind when purchasing. However, I did find a really good USB cable at Revain for a good price, so it wasn't a big deal. The printer is very easy to set up if you follow the instructions and make sure you remove all the tape and foam from it. The only downside to the printer is that it doesn't seem to be very durable. Or it's not as strong as my last one. I'm sure it will last for years and I don't plan on hitting it with things. In general I am very satisfied.
