Its RAM. However, I have to return it after a lot of BSOD errors. Memtest shows that one of the bars is broken. This is the second time I'm returning the brand/RAM type for my current build. I had to replace a set of two 8GB flash drives (from NewEgg) due to memtest errors and am now returning this set of two 4GB flash drives (from Amazon). which leads me to believe that the G.SKILL Ripjaws V-Series DDR4 2400 (PC4 19200) F4-2400C15D-GVR is patchy. although I don't seem to read many people having similar problems elsewhere.
