Conclusion Great fit and very useful compression shorts that allow me to train completely wirelessly. I bought these compression shorts for several reasons: (1) the added health, performance and recovery benefits of better circulation and muscle mass. keep; (2) pocket power, allowing me to use my large iPhone 10 with wireless headphones plus a pack of GU or a power bar; and finally (3) the ability to wear men's clothing separately. This product is perfect for me. The waist was tight but didn't choke me, the compression was even throughout my body, and the length was perfect, just a few inches above my knees; although landing here might be a bit more appropriate. The material was also thick enough to wear alone without looking obscene while allowing full and easy access to the two pockets on either side. The left pocket is large enough for my very large iPhone 10 and snug enough to stay still while running, sprinting, or turning. However, my phone falls out when I do inverted exercises. That's why the second bag is so important. It actually has a top hem that makes it more secure and big enough to easily fit my iPhone 10 and easily fit a smaller phone, iPod, Gu, or powerbar. The only open question for me is the durability of these shorts. They appear to be well made and the stitching hasn't come apart or frayed after months of use and washing, but time will tell. I will update this review in a year to provide information on durability and color fastness. A perfect product so far.
