I wanted to love this minimalistic iPad sleeve but the problem is that the sleeve hits the edges of the iPad Air when I hold it. The lid is a bit large and juts out over the edges of the iPad. So my fingers dig into the sharp edges of the lid when it's fully open. The aesthetic of this misfit robs me of the pleasure of feeling holding it in my hands. My old iPad had a magnetic case that fitted perfectly around the outside edges of the iPad, making it feel good in my hand. And this cover was attached with magnets so that it could be taken off. This new lid could have been improved if the screen lid had been made smaller so the edges don't protrude past the edges of the iPad. And since this case is firmly attached, it cannot be removed while holding the iPad. I use my iPad in my chair while watching TV. It is therefore very important to me that it is comfortable to hold. I am considering returning this iPad protector.
