Review on 🍝 Efficient Pasta Making: Paderno World Cuisine Cavatelli Maker, Aluminum Countertop-Mounted Pasta Machine by Lexi Hernandez

This is not a pasta machine, it's a dough cutter. The machine I got didn't make cavatelli or dumplings, but flat pasta squares. He didn't even try to roll up or shape into cavatelli the squares that came out the other end. It also failed to produce the striped pattern characteristic of Cavatelli (about 10 percent of the squares had a small pattern). My dough was neither too wet (didn't stick) nor too dry (easy to shape), so I'm afraid it's all down to the machine.
