I was eager to test out Aromatika's online shop as a social media influencer for all my self-care requirements. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience working with the business. First of all, their product assortment is woefully inadequate. Instead of the extensive assortment of premium products I had anticipated, I discovered a small number of generic options that I could have found at any pharmacy. Additionally, there were very few alternatives to conventional treatment. But the quality of the goods was even worse than the poor variety. The cosmetics and personal care items were at best mediocre, and I discovered myself frequently turning to my tried-and-true faves from other manufacturers. Additionally, the health care items fell short of my expectations and were disappointing. And to make things worse, their level of customer service was quite lacking. My purchase came with a few problems, and their team was both unresponsive and unhelpful. Overall, if you're searching for high-quality self-care products, I wouldn't suggest Aromatika. Spend less and shop elsewhere for high-quality goods and helpful service.
