Looks like store quality in dollars

Bought for a five year old. It was $25 so I expected it to be solid. When I took the bag out of the box, I noticed that the bag's handles were plastic, but paper thin and wrinkled. I opened my purse and found that the cosmetics inside looked very cheap. I am extremely disappointed.
