Ok quality but too large
I went by measurements, settled on a small, and when I tried it on it fit like a medium. It's long on me (I'm 5'1") a bit too baggy in general. I'm 114 lbs. I would say the price is a bit much for a skirt like this now that I think about it. If you are tall this might work better for you.
