I used this to install a 32" Smart TV in a 1980's style entertainment box. I was very impressed with the overall build quality. Most of the device is heavily enameled steel. Once installed and assembled, the only problem was that the device arrived with the upper arm (which contained the gas spring) set to the highest possible tension. In this setting, the tension adjustment screw was fully under hidden by a plastic lid hinge. A very helpful customer service rep assured me that all I had to do was pull my hand down hard enough to open the adjustment screw. Once adjusted, the device worked great, although the incline adjustment was a little finicky at first.
