Firstly, no phone number to contact Simolio. You can only contact the manufacturer via email. At first I could only get the headphones to work with cable TV. While watching streaming services (Netflix, Hulu) I happened to hear a radio station through my headphones. An email was sent to the manufacturer via Revain and via my personal email. Email response was: Response may take 2 days. So I was ready to send the goods back. Luckily I got 2 replies within an hour that solved the problem. Wow! The problem was that the cable I originally plugged into the AUDIO OUT port on my new Samsung TV had been plugged into our cable box by my husband as instructed. As soon as the manufacturer told me to check if there was a wire in the cable box, everything was perfect. The sound is perfect, the footprint is small, and the customer service is exceptional, but the husband has problems.
