Review on STANLEY BC15BS Automatic Maintainer Alternator by Adam Krueger

Only restores one battery so far. My son's car sat for about a month and the battery voltage was below 3 volts. There should be a small electrical leak. This charger and most others will not work below a certain battery voltage so I connected my car battery in parallel to boost the voltage and then started a recovery and then immediately disconnected the battery. Did the repair 3 times. It took about 24 hours each time. It was about 12 volts the first time, about 12.7 volts the second time, and about 13 volts the third time. I started the car and it worked fine. Now we run about once a week. So far it's been a good investment for about half the cost of a new battery. I will update this after more use. So far, so good. 11/7/17 - Doesn't work anymore. This is only the 2nd time I've used this. I tried to charge a discharged battery with a voltage of about 7 volts. It starts charging and the fan makes an extra grinding noise and stops immediately after about 3-4 seconds. I connected my good battery in parallel and it doesn't charge either. Same, he makes noise for a few seconds and then goes for a swim. I've already passed Revane's return date. I'll have to try calling the manufacturer.
