I may not have followed the description exactly, but this thing is the size of a big rat! And it's really scary to run on the ground! He's fast, so he doesn't crawl, he runs! My cats love it but find it difficult to manage. I can't leave it on for long because it flips and just runs on the side. Plus, it fits under furniture and is difficult to pull out while walking. I'm curious to see how long the batteries will last, even if I only leave them on for 5 minutes at a time (under supervision of course). UPGRADING BATTERIES: I didn't have any spare batteries, the original batteries came in and they lasted a total of 20 minutes and my cat only played with it for 5 minutes or less each time and then turned off. It takes a tiny screwdriver to get to the battery compartment and it's a headache ___. Waste of money despite such a cheap price.
