Good for casual usage
I got this waist cincher to wear under a dress and continue to come back to it whenever I want a sleeker look under a shirt or dress.
I find the cincher to be breathable and comfortable enough to where even when I am moving around. I also find that the structure of the waist cincher is comfortable for sitting for longer periods of time, which is awesome compared to some other waist trainers I've tried.
