For the quality and weight, I think it is on par with another ceramic band that I owned (which is 4 times more expensive, probably the first one you search on Google). The band is a little narrower which fits on my hand better.In terms of adjusting the band, it is just a normal procedure if you owned some stainless steel bands, definitely not as hard as some review mentioned if you have some experience on removing the links.BUT THERE'S A CATCH:I remove the links with ease but for the last link which has the buckle attached to, I had a hard time pushing in the links. I had to press hard to force the link in place, and it is impossible with the spring bars in it. Finally, I find out not all links will fit to the last link. When I figure that out, the link goes into place with the spring bar easily.Overall, I will say this is a quality band and it is worth the price.
