WEAR GLOVES! I used these rocks to try out and my stainless steel Webber cooking grates looked like new since I had to buy new burners and flavoring wands. As I wet the grill, kept running warm water, and scrubbed really hard, I was pleasantly surprised at how much char and grease it was able to remove. Originally asked if it was possible to restore a new type of grille and it turned out to be better than expected! See the before and after photos I posted. Again, this is an abrasive, so wear gloves when using it. It wears out quickly, so this is not a product for long-term use.
