Decor sheet does not adhere well to drywall. There's a huge gap! I can't be the only person having this problem. I use low voltage conversion rings with a small flange. I was able to modify the LV rings to sink the wall panels closer to the drywall. After assembling the prototype, the wall plate continues to move away from the drywall a bit until I poke the small screws into the drywall a bit with the palm of the screwdriver. So I think this is the solution. I can now spend my Saturday modifying LV rings with a utility knife. If I were a contractor I would be angry.
