Great alternative hosting solution, great customer service

I like how easy it was for me as an individual user (not even admin) - just one click of my mouse allowed me access into every file i needed! It's free so there shouldn't be anything bad about this software other than maybe its lack off options/features? This should definitely have been given all bells & whistles by now if they're going out their way to create such amazing solutions without charging customers. We used byteNap only because we had no choice but once upon time when our previous host went under due to hackers breaking through security issues which caused downtime during peak hours where people were relying heavily on us being online at certain times throughout day etc.

Excellent support team who provides great customer experience in handling problems within acceptable turnaround period never too long or short.
Very professional organization that is dedicated towards solving problem swiftly via proactive approach instead focusing efforts merely reactive manner
