Review on 🔪 KING 1000 Grit Dual-function Waterstone by Sean Young

Haven't planned on writing a review yet because I thought I'd have to screw up some sanding work (this is my first Stein ) before I saw how this thing works, but it gave excellent results on the first try, even when I first learned how to use it (in my experience, I watched about half an hour of YouTube videos). I got this stone for my 8" Victorinox which was boring and useless for a long time. My electric diamond sharpener was not good for Victorinox. 20 minutes with this stone made this knife almost factory ready (I used it along with the new Victorinox for comparison Thinly sliced tomato and very thinly diced onion easy. I was shocked and pleased with the results. I'm looking forward to getting better with practice and probably getting some even higher grit Kingstones (although in maybe it's not necessary).
