These are the first ones I've tried so I don't know if they're as good as they're getting. They work well when the tube is moderately full, but they don't push all of the toothpaste forward and they're bulky in my first-aid kit. Now I don't have two tubes of toothpaste anymore and I ended up just removing my juicers because they were a lot harder to manage when they were on tubes. Several times I had to take them off and scrape the toothpaste forward again and then put them back on. It helps to an extent, but I think there is too much play around the pipe due to the air and paste that was able to escape back. I have two different toothpastes that I use, one is a standard size Colgate toothpaste and the other is a neem toothpaste and although it's a fairly standard size this tube is more buoyant and air kept getting in so it didn't much helped. one.
