As you can see in the picture, the design of the shield allows you to direct rainwater and melted snow onto the tire cover. Then the tire is in the water. Well, at first it dripped very slowly from the seams underneath, over time it was completely clogged with debris and dirt and dust. Turning the flap to the left would solve the funnel problem. It's probably a manufacturing issue. For these reasons I would not recommend this product.
