I read the reviews on this product before purchasing (like who doesn't read that, right?) I wanted to say I only had them for one night but almost skipped through reading an entire book on Audible and listening to Spotify for a few hours while cooking/gardening. They got in my ears pretty much after unpacking and didn't come out until 2am. So, after 6 hours of use, here's what I want to say about the other negative reviews. Under the piece of cardboard that houses the earbuds/charging box, there are 3 different sized earbuds and a charging cable. Press left or right four times to get Bass Boost mode. I haven't used them just left or right yet, but I don't think I'll be using this feature very often. Working in the yard it was raining and I was wearing a large sun hat but my head was still wet and I had no problems. I gave it four stars because when I'm listening to music they don't cancel out the noise like some of the other more expensive headphones, but I have these on sale for just over $20 so for the price it's amazing! The sound is excellent, the touch response is sensitive enough but not so sensitive that it activates when I set it in my ears. Conclusion: So far so good and exceeded my expectations. I will try to test the distance from the phone before it breaks. But in the reviews that say the base is terrible, or there's no cable, or there's only one earbud size, the person didn't read the instruction manual, or didn't look under the box, or maybe their box was on an anomaly.
