Combination stuck - unreliable
I ordered this box with a lock 30 days ago for an unoccupied property we own. We are currently working on site so it is important that contractors have the access they need. Several times the box did not open (yes, the correct code was entered). After playing with it for over 30 minutes we finally opened it up. This happened more than once and now we can't open the lock again. I'm not sure what the problem is, but we're looking for a secure lock. This causes more problems than we have time for. Back to the drawing board!
