Definitely recommend - as a new mom I'm still getting used to everything babies have. It really helped! This trolley is very durable and spacious. Velcro that can be removed so you have a large basket. I use the large tissue compartment, one of the smaller diaper compartments (holds a lot!), and the last one for packing Boogie Woogie tissues and a jar of petroleum jelly. I have a brush by my sides, a large bottle of Aquaphor diaper rash ointment, and a large bottle of honest lavender lotion. Despite all this, I have free space! I keep it at the bottom next to the Easy Diaper Change Pack and also take it with me when I bathe my baby in the kitchen.
