It was a stroke of luck! I haven't found anything that could alleviate the discomfort while sleeping during pregnancy. One tip I have is to cut and separate the two. I cut off the middle part and just used two wedges and it was amazing. MUCH better than a pregnancy pillow. I use one for my stomach and one for my lower back and then use a regular sized pillow between my legs. I can sleep so comfortably even at 35 weeks pregnant. The foam is pleasant and not too hard, which I really appreciate. My problem with pregnancy pillows has always been that they really didn't offer enough support. The foam is extremely supportive yet soft and comfortable on the tummy and back as if relieving pressure points. If you're pregnant and in dire need of relief, give it a try!
