Quality is good, true to size. They have a slightly glossy sheen. My 1.5 year old loves sharks and fell in love with these boots instantly. She easily learned to dress and undress them herself, which made her even more popular. We have a lot of rain, mud and snow and they wear off every day. They are in good condition and easy to clean. The protector on the bottom is just right and persistent, and the feet stay dry!
