We decided to give up our Keurig to avoid the whole "eating liquids heated in plastic" thing. We don't use plastic at home, so it made sense to find a better way to make coffee. These little cones are perfect. When my husband saw them my husband said they were "too small" but they fill a regular cup well. The taste is incredible. Undoubtedly a lot better than kcup and less wasteful than filter coffee because you only brew the coffee you actually drink. The size of this cone is great for a regular cup of coffee, but note that the base of the cone is . the disc overlying the coffee cup is small. The girth is larger than average, so it may not fit cups with a very wide top. I am going to buy my husband a #4 cone to keep him happy but to be honest I think they are perfect! An added bonus is that they store well, so there's less clutter on your counters. Farewell, ugly giant, coffee maker!
