It's okay though. for bike racks and bags

It does its job, the main bag doesn't stand on it so I added foam to support it to keep my kryptonite lock from sliding to one side. The pockets are ok, I thought they were a little deeper, the lack of straps on them hurts because they tend to bounce, but that can be solved with elastic cords, but it would be nice to have velcro loops to keep them on attach luggage rack. . As for waterproofing, of course everything is fine when it's drizzling, but in a downpour it still gets wet even with the liner on.
