The best thing for the money, Im glad I chose this option.
Compared to the default TV sound, heaven and earth. Yet sadly, there is also ground and sky in contrast to a full-fledged home theater. But, since I won't be purchasing a movie theater for myself and since I still spend the most of my time at a computer, viewing TV shows, odd streams, and other content on a large screen is actually quite a worthwhile purchase. Of course, a 5.1 or 7.1 system is preferable for a full-fledged viewing of special effects-heavy movies.
