Their customer support team are very responsive, helpful with any issues we have had over our time using them (and that's been quite few!). The call quality has always been great! We use it primarily as an internal tool to communicate between offices but also occasionally make calls out from within the office too. It's easy enough even new people can get up and running quickly without needing much training or assistance. I would like to see more features added such as being able to record conversations in addition to just listen only. There isn't anything really I dislike about this product; however, if you're looking for something simple to set-up and use then go ahead and give it a try - there aren't many other options available at such low prices.
