Bought these for my friend because he wanted to try the blue light time blocker to see if it would help his eyes. He noticed the difference right away and his eyes didn't hurt when he woke up (he's on the phone a lot and we play video games a lot). It's definitely worth it! The only problem, of course, is that the nosepieces become uncomfortable after a few uses, but that's just glasses. I like how light they are, but because they are light they feel fragile and I feel like I need to clean with a little care.
